- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Wait for our confirmation email with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- A different size or color of the same item.
- A replacement for defective or damaged items.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@PrestiqueCo.com with a photo of the item and your order details.
- Weβll replace the item at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Intimate apparel or items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
