1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We’ll replace the item at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Intimate apparel or items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
